Hi, I’m Sue-Anne, founder of 5PFit, a movement-focused fitness and wellness platform inspired by family, the outdoors, and the belief that exercise should fit into real life.
As a Mum of four active boys, life is busy, loud, adventurous, and constantly moving. Between surfing, school, sport, work, and everyday life, I’ve learned that fitness doesn’t need to be perfect — it simply needs to be consistent.
Some days training looks like an early morning beach run, other days it’s a quick workout squeezed in between commitments, or a special one-on-one adventure with one of my boys. Movement has become part of our lifestyle rather than another task on a to-do list.
Through 5PFit, my goal is to help people build sustainable strength, fitness, confidence, and balance in a way that feels achievable, positive, and connected to real life.
With qualifications in Ergonomics, Sports Science, Biokinetics as well as years of experience in fitness, rehabilitation, and coaching, I combine professional knowledge with a practical, family-centred approach to health and movement.
I believe in progress over perfection, movement over pressure, and creating a life where fitness supports your wellbeing — not controls it.
